Tell us your store's .myshopify.com address and what you expected to
happen. If it is about a discount, the order number helps most — we can see exactly
which discounts Shopify applied to it.
Sellmate needs its app embed switched on in your theme before any widget appears on the storefront. In your Shopify admin:
For the product-page bundle, add the Product Page Bundle block to your product template in the same editor and drag it where you want it — usually just under the Buy buttons.
Almost always a Tiered Discount. While one is live, Shopify applies a single product discount to the whole order and drops the rest — including offers on completely different products. Moving them apart does not help, because the problem is not overlap.

A bundle needs enough items before it triggers. Shopify counts units rather than distinct products, so three of one product satisfies a three-item bundle — and two items of a three-item bundle does not, even if they are two different products.
Revenue is attributed by reading the discount lines on real orders, so only orders where a Sellmate discount actually applied are counted. Renaming a discount inside the Shopify admin breaks that link — rename the offer in Sellmate instead.
